Terms & Disclaimer

By using tileroofrepairtucson.com you accept the terms below. Last updated 2026.

Pricing information

Every dollar figure published on this site is a market range, not a quote. Ranges are drawn from published Tucson and Arizona market data and are shown to help you understand what work typically costs here. Your actual price depends on roof size, pitch, access, materials, the condition of the underlayment and decking, and what we find on inspection. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no price becomes binding until it appears on a written, itemized estimate signed by both parties.

Licensing

Sunshade Roofing's Arizona ROC licensing is in process. Arizona requires a contractor licence for any job where labor and materials exceed $1,000, or where a building permit is required. You can and should verify the licence status of any Arizona contractor — including us — at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before signing anything.

Service area business

We are a service-area business. We come to you. We do not operate a walk-in location.

Informational content

Articles, cost guides, FAQs and inspection guidance on this site are general information about roofing in the Tucson market. They are not a professional assessment of your specific roof, and they are not legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Do not act on them in place of an inspection of your own property.

Insurance claims

We can document damage with dated photographs and provide a written scope of work. We do not adjust claims, do not represent you before your insurer, and do not promise any claim outcome. Coverage decisions belong entirely to your insurance carrier.

Third-party links

This site links to outside resources such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Attorney General. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Call recording and text messages

Calls to the number on this site are routed through a call tracking service and may be recorded. Texting us, or submitting the form, means you agree we may respond by phone, text, or email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

No warranty on the website

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that every figure or statement is free of error, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Testimonials

Any customer reviews shown on this site are genuine and reflect the experience of the individual customer. Individual results vary. Reviews are not a guarantee of the outcome of any future job.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
